Dr. Todd Hall Demands Instant Payment, Claims God Will "Show His Face" to Donor
Florida pastor Dr. Todd Hall, known as "The Praiseologist," has sparked outrage after telling his congregation that God instructed him to make someone a multimillionaire if they donated $10,000 within 90 seconds.
The blatant prosperity gospel scheme was captured on video during an ADR prophetic conference streamed on YouTube in July 2025.
Hall, wearing a designer suit falsely declared:
"The Lord said, I want to make a multi, multi-millionaire out of someone but they have to sow ten thousand dollars. He said and they have to do that within 90 seconds."
He claimed God would "show his face" to whoever donated the sum immediately. Congregation members applauded during the appeal.
Hall founded Shabach Ministries of Praise, The Shabach Church in Apopka, Florida, and serves as CEO of Risky Productions and TMH Enterprises.
The viral video drew widespread condemnation on social media, with critics accusing him of exploitation and fraud.
