Porn Star Gets Baptized, Keeps OnlyFans Active: Mockery? Or Targeting Christian Men?
Adult film performer Lily Phillips, 24, posted a baptism video on Instagram in late December 2025
Ignighting fierce debate among Christians about genuine conversion versus publicity stunts...
The OnlyFans creator, notorious for claiming she had sex with over 1,000 men in 12 hours, shared footage of her full immersion baptism while Kanye West's "God Is" played in the background. The video gained over 5.5 million views.
Phillips told US Weekly that personal hardships prompted her to reconnect with God after deviating from religion.
"Quite a big thing happened more in my personal life, where I kind of felt the need to start speaking to God again," she stated. "I hadn't really practiced faith for a while. I just wanted to get rebaptized to kind of reinstate my relationship with God."
The performer made clear she has zero plans to leave pornography. "I'm definitely not claiming to be a traditional Christian at all," Phillips declared. "Obviously, I'm not against gay marriage. I am also pro choice. So I definitely don't have traditional values.

But that doesn't mean to say that I can't be Christian." Her OnlyFans account remained active post baptism, with explicit content still posted across social media.
Christian reactions split dramatically. Social media commentator Jon Root called it a publicity stunt.
"Currently, I don't see the fruit of saving faith in Jesus Christ," Root wrote, noting she still sells pornographic material, supports abortion and gay marriage, never mentions Jesus Christ, and maintains immodest content online. "Christianity has become a grift for many to elevate their brand," Root concluded. "If she was real, she'd leave her old life of debauchery, not justify her sin."
Russell Brand, who converted to Christianity in 2024, shared her baptism video captioned "Thank God." C
hristian author Megan Basham prayed it was genuine but warned that if Phillips continues her previous actions, her church must discipline her immediately, potentially leading to public excommunication. Ryann McEnany prayed Phillips discovers her true identity in Christ.
Social commentator Solomon Buchi argued that maintaining explicit platforms while claiming baptism sends a conflicting message and constitutes using religious symbols for attention. Supporters countered that faith is a process, baptism may mark journey beginnings, and transformation happens gradually.

THE CRUSADER'S OPINION
This isn't Christianity. This is brand management. You don't get baptized while your OnlyFans stays live.
You don't claim Christ while selling your body online. You don't talk about "reconnecting with God" without mentioning Jesus once. Repentance means turning away from sin, not redecorating it with religious language.
Phillips wants Christian credibility without Christian obedience. She wants forgiveness without forsaking evil. She wants the label without the life change. That's not how this works. Jesus told the woman caught in adultery "go and sin no more," not "keep doing whatever feels right for you."
My bet, she's targeting Christian men to become p*** addicts demonically.
The Church must stop being naive about these celebrity "conversions" that conveniently happen when careers need refreshing. We're not called to be judgmental, but we're absolutely called to be discerning.
Bad fruit reveals bad roots. If this is real, praise God and we'll see the evidence. If it's fake, we need to call it what it is: blasphemy wrapped in baptismal water.
TAKE ACTION
• Pray for Genuine Conversion: Intercede for Lily Phillips that if her baptism was sincere, the Holy Spirit would convict her to leave pornography completely and follow Christ with her whole life • Support Authentic Ministry: Donate to XXXChurch.com, run by former porn star Brittni De La Mora, helping adult film performers truly leave the industry for Christ • Demand Church Accountability: Contact your pastor and church leaders, urging them to maintain biblical standards for baptism and church membership rather than enabling false conversions • Educate on Real Repentance: Share testimonies of genuine conversions like Brittni De La Mora and Nala Ray who completely left OnlyFans after meeting Christ
Your Action: Stop celebrating every celebrity who mentions God. Demand fruit. Demand repentance. Demand that churches hold the line on holiness instead of watering down the Gospel for Instagram engagement. Real conversion costs everything. Anything less is a lie.
