Australian School Shows 14 Year Olds Explicit Sexual Content Without Parental Consent
An Australian mother is considering legal action after her 14 year old daughter and other Year 9 girls at Renmark High School in South Australia were exposed to explicit sexual content including references to bestiality and sibling sex during an unsupervised March 2024 school presentation delivered without parental knowledge or consent.
Nicki Gaylard, a mother of six, said the hour long session was presented by an external speaker subcontracted through Focus One Health and linked to Headspace. The presentation proceeded without teacher supervision and without prior review of the material.
The girls were removed from regular classes for the session which reportedly included graphic references to sexual practices. The presenter referenced bestiality but warned students not to "Google it." The presentation also included terms like "sister love" and "brother love" referring to people who have sex with siblings, according to ADF International, the Christian legal advocacy group supporting Gaylard's case.
PowerPoint slides shown during the lesson included images labeled "trans bodies" showing bodies from the waist up with scars from double mastectomies. The school did not inform parents of the content before the session and parents were not given opportunity to consent or withdraw their children.
Gaylard has withdrawn all her children from the school and is now homeschooling them. "I could not risk my youngsters being further exposed to unsupervised and inappropriate sexual content within the school environment," she stated.
The content was presented across multiple schools by Headspace, which has allegedly refused Gaylard access to view the PowerPoint material herself. "How can they be happy to show to children what they are ashamed to show to adults? Let children be children," Gaylard said.
The South Australian Department of Education has acknowledged procedural failures, confirming that parents were not notified, required vetting processes were not followed, and no teacher was present during the presentation. An investigation is underway into the third party presenter.
SA Education Department Chief Executive Martin Westwell described the presentation content as "unacceptable" and having "no place in a classroom" in April 2024. "Where this has been particularly objectionable is where they've started to use language and notions like bestiality that have no place in a classroom. It is absolutely unacceptable behaviour," Westwell stated.

School Principal Mat Evans reportedly sent a letter of apology to parents and announced an internal review. Focus One Health, the nonprofit regional provider funded by the federal government, has reportedly been suspended from delivering further lessons in schools.
Robert Clarke, director of advocacy for ADF International, stated parents send children to school expecting education and safety, not exposure to explicit sexual content. "Increasingly, parents are discovering that radical approaches to sex education, often shaped by internationally developed curricula and promoted by activist groups at the national level, are being quietly rolled out," Clarke said.

THE CRUSADER'S OPINION
Fourteen year old girls. Removed from class. Shown explicit sexual content. No teacher present. No parental notification. No consent.
Bestiality. Sibling sex. Trans mastectomy scars.
The presenter told them not to Google bestiality. But showed them anyway. Told 14 year olds about "sister love" and "brother love."
And parents found out after.
Nicki Gaylard pulled all her children from school. Started homeschooling. Because she cannot trust the system to protect her children from predatory content.
The organization refuses to show parents the PowerPoint. Won't let Gaylard see what they showed her 14 year old daughter. But they're comfortable showing it to children.
This happened across multiple schools. Headspace delivered this content repeatedly. To how many children? In how many locations? With how many parents kept in the dark?
The department admitted they failed. No parental notification. No vetting. No teacher supervision. All the safeguards failed simultaneously. Or were deliberately bypassed.
This is what happens when activists control education. When parental rights become obstacles. When children become targets for ideological grooming disguised as health education.
Gaylard is considering legal action. She should. Every parent whose child was exposed should. Because this wasn't accident. This was systematic circumvention of parental authority.
They won't show adults the content. But showed children. That tells you everything.
