2026 US Counterterrorism Strategy Lists Trans Ideology Alongside Narcoterrorists and Islamic Terror After Charlie Kirk Assassination and Three Christian School and Church Mass Shootings
The Trump administration has released its 2026 United States Counterterrorism Strategy, and for the first time in American history, federal policy formally identifies "radically pro transgender" ideology as a counterterrorism threat alongside narcoterrorists, transnational gangs, legacy Islamic terrorists, and violent left wing extremists.
The strategy commits the federal government to "identify and neutralization of violent secular political groups whose ideology is anti American, radically pro transgender, and anarchist," using "all tools constitutionally available" to map them, identify members, trace international connections, and "deploy law enforcement tools to cripple them operationally."
Trump Counterterrorism Strategy Names Transgender Ideology as Major Threat After Christian Targets Killed
The strategy cites three direct examples of trans ideology violence.
September 2025: the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk by Tyler Robinson, who espoused "extreme transgender ideologies." August 2025: the mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis by trans identified male Robert Westman, killing two. March 2023: the Covenant Presbyterian School shooting in Nashville by trans identified female Audrey Hale, killing six.
Trump previously designated Antifa as a terrorist organisation in September 2025. The new counterterrorism strategy explicitly criticises the Biden era intelligence community for its politicisation, citing the infamous 2023 FBI memo that targeted traditionalist Catholics as potential domestic terrorists. The reversal is complete and historic.
The Crusader's Opinion
For four years the Biden administration treated traditional Catholics as a terror threat while overlooking actual trans ideological violence against Christian schools and churches. The Trump administration has just done what no previous administration dared. It named the pattern. Three mass casualty incidents at Christian targets in three years, all involving trans ideology adherents, and the federal government finally said it out loud. Christians who have been told for a decade that this pattern was a "coincidence" can now read it in official policy. Whatever criticism Trump deserves elsewhere, on this he is right.
