Logan Paul Prays to Jesus on 16M Pokemon Livestream Hosts Joel Osteen and Admits He Felt Gods Wrath
Logan Paul prayed to Jesus during a record breaking Pokemon card auction hosted Joel Osteen on his podcast and admitted he felt Gods wrath after mocking Christianity.
Logan Paul's Journey From Mocking Jesus to Praying on Camera: What Christians Need to Know
Logan Paul, one of the most watched content creators on the internet, has become an unlikely figure in conversations about Christianity. Over the past two years, the WWE star and podcast host has gone from openly mocking the faith to praying in the name of Jesus during a livestream watched by millions.
In February 2026, Paul made headlines when he paused during a record breaking $16.4 million Pokémon card auction to pray publicly on camera.
Dear God, Creator of the Universe, Jesus, thank you for bringing us all together today for an exciting moment as we all experience history together in one place.
The prayer came during the sale of his PSA 10 Pikachu Illustrator card to venture capitalist A.J. Scaramucci through Goldin Auctions. The moment drew mixed reactions online, with some praising the expression of faith and others calling it inappropriate or blasphemous.
Paul's public engagement with Christianity deepened further on April 8, 2026, when he hosted megachurch pastor Joel Osteen on his IMPAULSIVE podcast. Osteen, senior pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, spoke about Gen Z's growing interest in faith, telling Paul that young people feel "hungry for more" and that social media leaves individuals "empty" through constant comparison.
When Paul asked Osteen about what happens after death, the pastor responded plainly.
When you know the Lord, you've taken Jesus as your Savior... you believe He's the Son of God, and you received His forgiveness; it's a gift by faith.
But Paul's faith journey has not been a straight line. In a May 2024 episode of IMPAULSIVE, he invited pastors Cliffe and Stuart Knechtle of Grace Community Church in New Canaan, Connecticut, for a two and a half hour conversation about God, salvation, and modern social issues. Paul admitted he was raised Christian but "grew out of it" and has always struggled with "proof" for Christianity.
Pastor Cliffe challenged him directly, comparing evidence for the resurrection of Jesus to historical knowledge of figures like George Washington, citing over 5,800 Greek manuscripts and 10,000 Latin Vulgate manuscripts supporting the Gospels.
How Logan Paul Went From Defaming Jesus to Feeling God's Wrath

The most revealing moment in Paul's spiritual story came in December 2022, when he openly challenged his friend George Janko's Christian beliefs on the podcast, suggesting Janko "needed a therapist because Jesus isn't doing it."
Paul later released an apology video with a striking admission.
The last three weeks have been the hardest period of my life. Ironically, I defamed Jesus and God, and I felt His wrath.
In a July 2020 podcast episode, Paul had stated that he believes "there's some sort of unimaginable thing that made us in this universe" but described himself as not overly religious. Whether Paul's spiritual curiosity leads to genuine conversion remains to be seen, but his massive platform continues to bring the Gospel into spaces it rarely reaches.
The Crusader's Opinion
Logan Paul has 23 million YouTube subscribers. Joel Osteen's episode on IMPAULSIVE will be seen by more young men in a single week than most churches will reach in a decade. That matters. When Paul said he "felt God's wrath" after mocking Jesus, he was admitting something that every atheist and cultural Christian desperately needs to hear: God is real, and He does not take blasphemy lightly. The harvest field is not just in pews on Sunday morning. It is on podcast sets, livestreams, and comment sections. Pray for Logan Paul. More importantly, pray for the millions watching him wrestle with the truth. The Gospel does not need Logan Paul. But Logan Paul needs the Gospel.
