While the Iranian regime is consumed by war, the underground Iranian Church is exploding with evangelism. Voice of the Martyrs Vice President Todd Nettleton reports that Christians in Iran are seizing the moment to preach Jesus Christ to their neighbours as the regime's surveillance apparatus is stretched thin.

"They're not paying as much attention to house churches," Nettleton said, describing how Iranian believers are "proactively talking to people about Jesus in a time when everything is in chaos."

Why Iran's Underground Church Is Growing Under Persecution

Voice of the Martyrs has distributed several thousand Bibles across Iran since the conflict began. One displaced fellowship transformed forced relocation into what they called a "church camp," gathering for worship and discipleship in the very chaos meant to scatter them. Field reports describe an unexpected wave of optimism, with believers calling the moment "a spiritual turning point for Iran."

Iran ranks tenth in the world for Christian persecution, with converts from Islam facing prison, family rejection, and execution.
