One expert featured in the film stated: "I was shocked that all throughout history the vast majority of cultures not only believed in evil spirits but believed in possessions."

The documentary was directed by Jerrod Anderson, who also wrote the film. A companion podcast series accompanies the release, providing a platform for additional firsthand testimony. The filmmakers also plan to release a Bible study guide for churches and small groups.
