Tucker Carlson's 8 Debunked Conspiracy Theories About Israel and Why Christians Should Care

Danny Burmawi, writing for The Christian Post, has published a detailed takedown of eight conspiracy theories that Tucker Carlson has repeatedly promoted about Israel, warning that the falsehoods pose a strategic and civilizational threat far beyond reputational harm.

The first claim Carlson pushes is that Israel drags America into Middle Eastern wars. Burmawi counters that U.S. military interventions in the region long predate Israel's founding in 1948 and were driven by oil security, Cold War strategy, and counterterrorism rather than Israeli manipulation.

Carlson has also suggested that the September 11 attacks resulted from U.S. foreign policy. Burmawi refutes this by pointing to Osama bin Laden's 1996 and 1998 fatwas, which targeted Western civilization itself and called for the global imposition of Sharia law.

On the claim that Israel cannot exist without American tax dollars, Burmawi highlights Israel's $612 billion GDP and the fact that 90% of its defense budget is domestically funded. U.S. aid over 78 years totaled $318 billion, primarily during the Cold War as strategic compensation.

Carlson has alleged that Christians are oppressed in Israel. Burmawi distinguishes between the well documented Christian decline across the Islamic world and the rights Christians enjoy in Israel, including full voting participation, parliamentary representation, and open evangelism.

Carlson's falsehoods "weaken democratic societies from within" by "fracturing public consensus about genuine threats" and handing "ideological ammunition to hostile regimes."

Other debunked claims include the assertion that Israel is the most violent country, that Mossad was behind Jeffrey Epstein, that Mossad planted bombs in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and that the Chabad Lubavitch movement orchestrated strikes against Iran to rebuild the Third Temple. Burmawi calls this last accusation "a modern blood libel."

Carlson was forced to apologize in February 2026 after falsely claiming Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited Epstein's island. Qatar's Foreign Ministry also categorically denied any arrests of Israeli agents for bombing plots on March 4, 2026.

Why Tucker Carlson's Anti Israel Claims Are Dangerous for Christians and the West

Burmawi warns that taken together, these conspiracy theories fracture public consensus about genuine threats from hostile regimes and jihadist movements. He argues that Israel has controlled the Temple Mount for nearly 60 years while actively protecting the Al Aqsa Mosque, directly contradicting the narrative Carlson promotes.

The article concludes that the real damage is strategic. These falsehoods hand ideological ammunition to Iran, Qatar, and other hostile actors while undermining the alliance between the United States and its most reliable democratic ally in the Middle East.

The Crusader's Opinion

Tucker Carlson has millions of Christian viewers who trust him. That makes this betrayal all the more dangerous. When you parrot the exact same talking points that Iran, Qatar, and Hamas use to delegitimize the one nation in the Middle East where Christians can freely worship, you are not fighting the establishment. You are doing the enemy's work for them. Israel is the only country in the region where the Christian population is growing. Every Muslim majority nation surrounding it has driven Christians to near extinction. Carlson knows this. He simply does not care, because anti Israel content generates clicks. Christians must hold their own media figures accountable with the same ferocity they demand of the secular press. Truth is not negotiable, especially when souls and civilizations hang in the balance.
